Aldasheva Laura

Laura Aldasheva is an Associate Professor at the School of Cybersecurity, Astana IT University, Kazakhstan. She holds a candidate of technical science and has extensive academic and research experience in the field of cybersecurity and next-generation communication networks. Dr. Aldasheva is the author of more than 40 scientific and methodological publications, including the textbooks Introduction to Cybersecurity and Introduction to Hacking Lab — Study Guide, approved for publication with the UMO stamp, as well as the monograph Enhancing the Reliability and Throughput of 5G and 6G Networks in Smart Cities: Theoretical Foundations and Practical Solutions. Her research interests include cybersecurity, smart city technologies, artificial intelligence applications, and 5G/6G network reliability and performance optimization. She has a Scopus h-index of 3, with 14 publications in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, and 20 publications in journals included in the list recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Sphere of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
